* Provide an option for prepending a standard prefix on dialling
* Implement start_iowatch() without a sigc::signal object (that is,
using only a sigc::slot object for the callback)
* Corrections to syntax of efax-gtk.1 (man file) and
efax-gtk.desktop.
* Add reference to -e option in efax man file
* Add more robust checking of whether an existing instance of
efax-gtk is running when another instance is started
* Correct conditional compilation for use of GTK+ printing system to
check for version 2.10
* Update comments on threading in prog_defs.h
* Update Catalan translation
* Update README file
When encoding with FORCE_BINARY_IO mode in effect, the explicit "\r\n"
end of line sequence caused double carriage returns in the output,
because the output text file is subject to expansion of LF to CR/LF
line terminators. I made the "eol" sequence conditional on
FORCE_BINARY, so that just a line feed is written to streams
which will expand it.
* Support for setuptools (building .egg, thanks to Torsten)
* Support for matched values control
* Fixed ldif
* ldap.schema.models: SUP now separated by $
* Added constant MOD_INCREMENT to support
modify+increment extension
Changes 2.2.1:
* OpenLDAP 2.3+ required now to build.
* Added support for Cancel operation ext. op. if supported
in OpenLDAP API of the libs used for the build.
* Removed deprecated code for setting options by name
* Added l_ldap_cancel()
This is a major update, too much to list here.
pkgsrc notes:
I've removed the subversion dependency because this is too heavy as
a dependency in the default case. Might become an addon.
Thanks to Ulrich Etile for help and testing. (There might be remaining
issues on some platforms, but I wanted to checkpoint before the Q4 freeze.)

There also seem to be issues with guile's thread support.
if a Task was checked as done in the calendar the timezone offset was
appearently applied twice, so that a wrong time was put into the database.
I don't know whether the clock applet generates the timestamp the wrong
way or whether evolution doesn't deal with non-UTC timestamps, but passing
UTC helps.
