bumped independent of DISTNAME and PKGNAME.
Example #1:

DISTNAME= barthing-X.Y
PKGNAME= bar-X.Y
PKGREVISION= Z

On subsequent changes, only PKGREVISION needs to be bumped, no more risk
of getting DISTNAME changed accidentally.
