4e2fc75562 Update to xrestop-0.4. Add DESTDIR support. Changes:

7cd112907a Import xrestop (from pkgsrc-wip). 
Xrestop uses the X-Resource extension (included with newer X libraries)
to provide 'top' like statistics of each connected X11 clients' server-
side resource usage.
