- Automatically install configuration file from sample directory.
- Use RCD_SCRIPTS to automatically handle the rc.d script.
- MESSAGE is not needed because of the above two points (standard messages
  are used).

While here, avoid overriding CFLAGS while building and use the right C++
compiler (from CXX's value).

f54581191a Initial import of net/overnet provided by David Ferlier in PR pkg/20117:
Overnet is a File Sharing program. This means that it will give you the
opportunity to share files you have on your computer with other users on
the network, and you will in turn be able to download files of them.

This package is not built from sources, but installs a binary version.

507edeaad2 Add tcptraceroute-1.4
The widespread use of firewalls on the modern Internet, many of the
packets that traceroute(8) sends out end up being filtered, making it
impossible to completely trace the path to the destination. However,
in many cases, these firewalls will permit inbound TCP packets to
specific ports that hosts sitting behind the firewall are listening for
connections on. By sending out TCP SYN packets instead of UDP or ICMP
ECHO packets, tcptraceroute is able to bypass the most common firewall
filters.
