Give all packages which depend on "png" a version bump, and update
...
all dependencies on packages depending on "png" which contain shared
libraries, all for the (imminent) update to the "png" package.

Because the minor number of the PNG library was increased packages compiled
...
using the newest PNG library won't work on system with an older one. To
prevent such problems with precompiled binary packages require at least
"png-1.0.9nb1" in all dependences.

Png2html takes a PNG image and transforms it pixel per pixel to a web

page. It makes use of a text file supplied by the user to do the conversion.
