fixes in the UI, to properly charge time to the correct player, to play
variants on ICC, and Zippy fixes. We also convert from buildlink1 to
buildlink2.
Summary of changes:
- removal of USE_GTEXINFO

- a couple of packages Makefiles were tuned with respect of INFO_FILES and
makeinfo command usage
