new enough for pango.
While doing that, also bump freetype2 dependency to current pkgsrc
version.

b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package

This is version 1.6.4.1. LyX should always be able to
import old document formats.
This now works without a "python" named "python".
(But that needs to be fixed by upstream still.)
