In geeqie, clutter is optional, but it is required in order to have
the map widget. The map option (libchamplain) currently enables
clutter. Separate clutter and map CONFIGURE and bl3 includes and add
comments to make this easier to understand.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
The libchamplain option used to work, but it doesn't seem to work in
this version, and it pulls in a lot of dependencies. Disable it by
default until this is resolved.
