b979f7222a Add automatic ${VARIABLE} handling for MESSAGE files. 
Convert most MESSAGE files to new syntax (${VARIABLE} gets replaced,
not @VARIABLE@, nor @@VARIABLE@@).
By default, substitutions are done for LOCALBASE, PKGNAME, PREFIX,
X11BASE, X11PREFIX; additional patterns can be added via MESSAGE_SUBST.
Clean up some packages while I'm there; add RCS tags to most MESSAGEs.
Remove some uninteresting MESSAGEs.

adzap-20000616, old version not available anymore. No ChangeLog available.

pkgsrc-changes: Use proper distname, to avoid problems with outdated
distfiles (adzap.tar.gz); while I'm here, silence pkglint a bit.

20b2b459eb The distribution tarball changed contents without changing names. The 
"wrapper" script inside changed names from "zapwrap.sh" to "wrapzap".
Whack patches to match.

No release notes for this version appear to be available, either in
the tarball or on the web site.
