a) refer 'perl' in their Makefile, or
b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package
Like last time, where this caused no complaints.
Env::Path presents an object-oriented interface to "path variables",
defined as that subclass of environment variables which name an
ordered list of filesystem elements separated by a platform-standard
separator (typically ':' on UNIX and ';' on Windows).
