7258af3362 Make fxtv compile even on platforms without machine/mouse.h by building 
just the necessary stub routines. This makes fxtv compile (and work) on
at least macppc.

71e6b78625 Add PNG support, written by Thomas Klausner. 
Sent back to maintainer, but development seems to be dormant right now.
Bump version to 1.03nb2.

a17239c066 Move per-package default XAW_TYPE setting above the inclusion of 
bsd.prefs.mk so that it is actually used.  Where possible, include
xaw.buildlink.mk instead of setting USE_XAW, and use LIBXAW where needed.

72ac289570 Mark this package as arm32, atari and i386 only. These are the only ports 
with PCI support which install the header files for the XFree86 server
extentension required to build (but not to run) this program.

- When MPEG-encoding audio, force 16-bit signed intermediate AIFFs --
