Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

PNGs with transparency have been OK for web use since 2006.
The gif2png -w switch no longer filters out GIFs with transparency,
and the gif2png -t switch to enable them to pass is gone. Accordingly
the -t switch of web2png is also gone.
