c00596acc8 Break out common Makefile code between icewm and icewm-gnome into 
Makefile.common, and adapt icewm to use it instead.

c098a3a4a6 updated to 1.0.2. Changes: 
- clock should not get stuck anymore
        - improved handling of wrong MWM hints set by netscape
        - fixed saving of rolled up window geometry
        - use $LOGNAME if $USER not set
        - APM & PPP status improvements
