dea9abf569 Use the omf.mk file provided by the scrollkeeper package to automatically
rebuild the documentation database at install/deinstall time. This means
that:
- PLIST's do not need to call scrollkeeper-{update,rebuilddb} directly;
  this is done by a bsd.pkg.install.mk template.
- The share/omf directory is only removed by scrollkeeper, which is the
  last package in the dependancy tree.
- PKGREVISION is bumped.

db84442a67 Substitute a couple of mkdir' by ${MKDIR}'.
Remove `-p' from mkdir arguments, it is already part of ${MKDIR}.
While here substitute a couple of ${PREFIX} by `%D' in
`@exec ${MKDIR} ...' lines and add a couple of missing `%D' in such lines too!

015c2e40b9 Don't hardcode /usr/X11R6 when making directories or running X based
programs such as mkfontdir use ${X11BASE} instead.

Also pick up a couple of /bin/chmod -> ${CHMOD}s
