Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on

This is based on a huge amount of work by the NetBSDfr team and Youri Mouton,
who takes over as MAINTAINER, and has been tested by Youri on a large number
of platforms prior to commit. A massive thanks to them. Any issues with the
import are mine alone as the committer-by-proxy.
to address issues with NetBSD-6(and earlier)'s fontconfig not being
new enough for pango.
While doing that, also bump freetype2 dependency to current pkgsrc
version.

The Xfce settings manager allows you to customize your desktop
environment in an easy and intuitive way. You can set some hardware
components such as mouse, keyboard or display; but also theme your
windows, widgets and icons, set your preferred applications, manage
your sessions.
