* Follow the new buildlink3 standard and append to BUILDLINK_DEPENDS.<pkg>.
...
* Use BUILDLINK_{INCDIRS,LIBDIRS}.<pkg> instead of using
BUILDLINK_{CPPFLAGS,LDFLAGS}.<pkg> since we're just dealing with adding
directories to the various search paths.
