9020a8d498 Change substitution of %%PKG%% so it's expanded to ${PKGNAME} directly, not 
via a tmp file. Also, there's no need to excape any possible HTML chars
(there won't be any in a PKGNAME).

3e15e3b2f7 Include the total number of packages at the top of README-all.html, and 
lose the <TD VALIGN=TOP> entries (the <TR VALIGN=TOP> should be sufficient).

6bd0d65c65 The Grand Homepagification: 
- New, optional Makefile variable HOMEPAGE, specifies a URL for
	  the home page of the software if it has one.
	- The value of HOMEPAGE is used to add a link from the
	  README.html files.
	- pkglint updated to know about it.  The "correct" location for
	  HOMEPAGE in the Makefile is after MAINTAINER, in that same
	  section.

f0a82f7acb Modify for NetBSD a bit, and place some %%.*%% constructs on single 
lines so that the sed commands in bsd.port.mk don't delete the whole
