...
now this is for NetBSD>=3 only (until the next header change...), but
as I'm appearently the only person who has bought that crap I don't
feel bad about it

Express these packages' brokenness with BROKEN_IN=pkgsrc-2005Q4
...
rather than PKG_FAIL_REASON, so that they provide useful error
messages in build logs, and so that they continue to work on platforms
where they aren't broken.
