Shared directories can now be created independently by the pacakges
needing them and will be removed automatically by pkg_delete when empty.
Packages needing empty directories can use the @pkgdir command in PLIST.

#include "typedefs.h".
in src/fr-enum-types.c. Not bumping PKGREVISION because the build
failed previously. There are many other references to
/home/paolo/workspace, but all the others are inside comments.
