Performing substitutions during post-patch breaks tools such as mkpatches,
making it very difficult to regenerate correct patches after making changes,
and often leading to substituted string replacements being committed.
The actual cleanup has been done by pkglint:
* Added missing identifier comments
* Replaced ${PKGMANDIR} with a simple man, since the infrastructure does
all the magic for PLISTs
The ncurses Ada95 binding was originally written by Juergen Pfeifer in
1996. It has been improved several times by Juergen, as wll as
Eugen V. Melaragno and Nicolas Boulenguez.
