pkglint -r --network --only "migrate"
As a side-effect of migrating the homepages, pkglint also fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines. These and the new homepages have been
checked manually.
Ensure that the ${NAGIOS_GROUP} group is created before the package
files are installed since the plugin binary must be made setgid to
that group.
Bump the PKGREVISIONs of these plugin packages due to package
install scripts being added.
