While there, split (again...) into lame and lame-gui package.
Many speed ups, bug fixes, quality improvements and
added functionality (eg. ID3 tags, VBR histogram).

The gzipped patch file has disappeared from the server. It has been

replaced with a gzipped tar archive containing the patches. Alter
Makefile and md5 checksums accordingly.
