...
1. Cleaned up (hopefully all) references to licensing to not withstand our
claim that the package is under Knuth license. 2. In many places encoding
of texts changed to UTF-8, to make them easier to read. 3. Functionality
should be same.

pkglint --only "https instead of http" -r -F
With manual adjustments afterwards since pkglint 19.4.4 fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines.
This mainly affects projects hosted at SourceForce, as well as
freedesktop.org, CTAN and GNU.

Reimport tex-pl-mf* as tex-pl* after discussion with markd.

We'll be using the distfile names as directory names and ignore
the catalogue entry names for pkgsrc.
