Mechanically replace all includes of buildlink3.mk of the following

packages with the modular Xorg equivalent. Those are falling back
to the old location by default, so this commmit doesn't change
dependencies.
graphics/xpm ==> x11/libXpm
fonts/Xft2 ==> x11/libXft
x11/Xfixes ==> x11/libXfixes
x11/xcursor ==> x11/libXcursor
x11/Xrender ==> x11/libXrender
x11/Xrandr ==> libXrandr

file instead of using the general Xaw framework.

Since updating Xaw3d to 1.5E, fxtv breaks (during startup) when
...
compiled with -O2 -- remove it. While here, do some minor cleanups
in the package Makefile. Bump PKGREVISION so that working versions
can be identified.

Bump PKGREVISION and BUILDLINK_DEPENDS of all packages using libtool and
installing .la files.
Bump PKGREVISION (only) of all packages depending directly on the above
via a buildlink3 include.

Don't use extra commans in "-Wl" commands which apparently cause problems
...
with either the "libtool" or "buildlink3" framework. This fixes the build
problem discovered in recent bulk builds.
