0c050913db Expand nested template for consumption by egcs-1.1.1. (Fixes pr-6748.) 
Assorted fixes and tweaks: conditionally disable work-around for
__GNUC__<3.91; enable -funroll-loops per Imakefile comment; NetBSD needs
to include unistd.h to get select().

5e9cc577b8 Automatically append HOMEPAge to DESCR files, and remove homepage URLs 
from individual DESCR files that had them.

6bd0d65c65 The Grand Homepagification: 
- New, optional Makefile variable HOMEPAGE, specifies a URL for
	  the home page of the software if it has one.
	- The value of HOMEPAGE is used to add a link from the
	  README.html files.
	- pkglint updated to know about it.  The "correct" location for
	  HOMEPAGE in the Makefile is after MAINTAINER, in that same
	  section.
