Since updating Xaw3d to 1.5E, fxtv breaks (during startup) when
...
compiled with -O2 -- remove it. While here, do some minor cleanups
in the package Makefile. Bump PKGREVISION so that working versions
can be identified.

Don't use extra commans in "-Wl" commands which apparently cause problems
...
with either the "libtool" or "buildlink3" framework. This fixes the build
problem discovered in recent bulk builds.

Use the audio device pointed to by DEVOSSAUDIO, instead of hardcoding

/dev/audio in patches. Bump PKGREVISION to 5 to force a rebuild.
