0d8cd19ce5 Update to 1.0.4, requested by adam. 
Changes since 1.0.3:
  * Added suport of PVF and XI files.
  * Added functionality for setting and retrieving strings from sound files.
  * Minor code cleanups and bug fixes.

not try to remove it, even if empty.

ac69089d28 Update libsndfile to 1.0.3. 
There have been several changes since 1.0.1, but the most important ones
are (according to the homepage):
- Version 1.0.2 (Nov 24 2002) Added VOX ADPCM format.
- Version 1.0.3 (Dec 09 2002) Fixes for Linux on ia64 CPUs.

Libsndfile is a C library for reading and writing files containing
sampled sound (such as MS Windows WAV and the Apple/SGI AIFF format)
through one standard library interface.
