pkglint --only "https instead of http" -r -F
With manual adjustments afterwards since pkglint 19.4.4 fixed a few
indentations in unrelated lines.
This mainly affects projects hosted at SourceForce, as well as
freedesktop.org, CTAN and GNU.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
Do it for all packages that
* mention perl, or
* have a directory name starting with p5-*, or
* depend on a package starting with p5-
like last time, for 5.18, where this didn't lead to complaints.
Let me know if you have any this time.

Like last time, where this caused no complaints.
doc/Makefile.am. Otherwise, the changes are lost when automake is
rerun, which now (?) happens sometimes (?) during the build. This then
leads to massive PLIST divergence. Bump PKGREVISION in case anyone,
such as perhaps the person who updated it, installed it without
PKG_DEVELOPER set.
