jschauma	353d3c79f4	Fix PR pkg/34143 by Oliver Gould and use texconfig-sys instead of texconfig: The INSTALL script for print/teTeX3-bin incorrectly configures paper and font options using texconfig(1). Texconfig-sys(1) is the proper method of making system-wide configuration changes to TeX.
