30cd7e8494 Add an RC script for rrdcached(1) 
RRDCacheD is a data caching daemon for rrdtool. It receives updates to
existing RRD files, accumulates them and, if enough have been received or a
defined time has passed, writes the updates to the RRD file.

The daemon was written with big setups in mind.

5092342d3d + move the distfile digest/checksum value from files/md5 to distinfo 
+ move the patch digest/checksum values from files/patch-sum to distinfo
+ include distfile filesizes in distinfo
