Verified using a full X11_TYPE=xorg bulk build without additional
breakage. Discussed with salo@, wiz@ and send to packages@ for feedback.
- update MASTER_SITES
- add HOMEPAGE, even if it holds only a simple README and distfiles,
better than nothing.
