5542206cba Get rid of manually adding "nbX" to PKGNAME when a pkg was changed in 
pkgsrc. Instead, a new variable PKGREVISION is invented that can get
bumped independent of DISTNAME and PKGNAME.

Example #1:
        DISTNAME=       foo-X.Y
        PKGREVISION=    Z
     => PKGNAME=        foo-X.YnbZ

Example #2:
        DISTNAME=       barthing-X.Y
        PKGNAME=        bar-X.Y
        PKGREVISION=    Z
     => PKGNAME=        bar=X.YnbZ (!)

On subsequent changes, only PKGREVISION needs to be bumped, no more risk
of getting DISTNAME changed accidentally.

d6affa77ea It seems struct ifnet grew, and the buffer used to kvm_read into wasn't 
big enough, resulting into overwriting of stack variables making wmnet
core dump because of segfault. Increase buffer size to avoid that.
Bump to 1.06nb2.

860e81b475 Because the default rate is suitable for a modem connection use "ppp0" 
instead of "ec0" - does anybody really use 3c503 these days? - as the
default interface.
