* Support for a separate view-only password has been implemented. Now
the servers support two passwords -- one to allow full control,
another to restrict remote keyboard and mouse input.
* New "-x11cursor" option has been implemented in vncviewer. This option
allows using a real X11 cursor with X11-style cursor shape updates,
disables the dot cursor, and disables cursor position updates in
non-fullscreen mode.
* New "RunCommand" command to customize the X11 vncviewer popup menu has
been implemented; a patch from Peter Astrand.
* A problem with Xvnc eating all CPU time after xfs restarts has been
fixed.
* Other minor improvements and bugfixes.
xvier is a (not) simple game where you and the computer alternately
throw stones into free columns. The stones pile up in the columns,
and the goal is to get four stones in a row, column, or diagonally.
The default grid is 7 columns by 6 rows. It can be sized from 4x4 to
13x13. It has 10 levels of difficulty.

proxycheck is a simple tool that will work on a reasonable *nix system
and may be used to quickly check whenever a given host or set of hosts
has open proxy server running.
Open proxies of various kinds are (ab)used nowadays for various evil
things like sending mass spam, hacking into your machine, making denial
of service attacks (DoS) and the like. Every such machine should be
either secured properly or turned off permanently, but that's not an
option, since in most cases there is either no administrator of such
machines exists at all, or he has no clue about what's on that machine,
or it's irrelevant for him.

Sun for JDK 1.4.1. Pkgsrc changes include noting that some of the installed
files are config files and using bsd.pkg.install.mk to handle the file
copying and directory handling, and using a more scalable method to remove
files shared between the JRE and JDK during the JDK installation. Also,
the JDK 1.4.x series are now installed into ${LOCALBASE}/java/sun-1.4 so
that future updates of this package won't require a new JDK directory.

Film Gimp is an image retouching and painting tool with features similar to
GIMP and Adobe Photoshop, and is recognized as a tool for motion picture
artists; however, anyone who wants to retouch or paint images can use Film
Gimp. The primary feature of Film Gimp is its vast dynamic range: 16-bits
per channel (64-bit RGBA). The extended dynamic range of Film Gimp appeals
not just to 35mm cinematographers, but to 35mm still photographers as well.
Still photographers can think of Film Gimp as having many more F-stops of
range, of being capable of capturing much more subtle nuances of color in
a vast blue sky for instance. Film Gimp handles 8-bit, 16-bit linear, and
16-bit float images.

Netscape 7.01 offers a set of new features as well as minor stability
and performance enhancements. These new features include optional
Popup Controls that can be set within Preferences. Also, it adds
the ability to view several tabbed pages as your home page experience.
In addition, Netscape 7.01 offers enhancements to mail for AOL
members who use the application to manage their mail, including
the ability to unsend, check status and mark mail as unread. This
release also has increased control in managing certificates. If a
web site displays a certificate from a certificate authority you
don't know, you now have the opportunity to accept or reject the
certificate.
Also remove the need to set the "Destination Directory" by hand when installing.
Adding an "A" to a node with no children no longer crashes the client.
The scroll bar for text wasn't appearing in SGF files.
Fixed the title of the "Limit" column of the server stats window.
Fixed a problem I introduced recently where grid lines were drawn under
labels on a board. This makes the labels hard to read.
Added a confirmation when you try to close your user info after editing
it but not saving it.
Simul games now marked with an "S".
Results of never-saved games are no longer left sitting in your result list.

the line or the beginning of the header body.
