installation prefix is ${X11PREFIX}/X11R6.
Bump PKGREVISION.

Simplify XFree86-libs doing the following changes:

o Move manual pages from PLIST.${OPSYS} to PLIST.common
o Disable compression of manual pages in FreeBSD.
o Use IMAKE_* vars for the manual pages.
