0e60bd6de8 Update DISTFILES of tex-pkfix{,-doc} for TeX Live 2010.

bd58d855c3 Import tex-pkfix-1.5 as print/tex-pkfix. 
The perl script pkfix looks for DVIPSBitmapFont comments in PostScript
files, generated by 'not too old' dvips, and replaces them by type 1
versions of the fonts, if possible.
