in glibc or not, but printf("%0*lld\n",0,(int64_t)0); prints

prints 0. Using 1 instead of 0 for the number of 0's works
in all cases.
solaris's strchr/strrchr return const char *,
so I made charstring::findFirst/findLast return const char *
