eda05b9fe6 Updated gnuradio-core to 3.0.2: 
GNU Radio Core has seen the addition of many new features and bug fixes of
which some are listed below:

	* bugfix in multiple stream support
	* addition of AGC to GMSK code
	* new accessor for threshold
	* new bits_per_baud parameter to handle QPSK
	* new function to enable realtime scheduling
	* new set_sample_rate method
	* new set_n method
	* new differential decoder
	* new general purpose block for searching for access code
