distfiles/libiconv-1.13-cp932.patch.gz
No changes made to the libiconv distinfo file.
Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
Do it for all packages that
* mention perl, or
* have a directory name starting with p5-*, or
* depend on a package starting with p5-
like last time, for 5.18, where this didn't lead to complaints.
Let me know if you have any this time.

b) have a directory name of p5-*, or
c) have any dependency on any p5-* package

INSTALLATION_DIRS, as well as all occurrences of ${PREFIX}/man with
${PREFIX}/${PKGMANDIR}.

Also remove some places where perl5/buildlink3.mk was being included
by a package Makefile, but all that the package wanted was the Perl
executable.
code2html is a perlscript which converts a program source code to syntax
highlighted HTML. It may be called from the command line or as a CGI script.
It can also handle include commands in HTML files. Currently supports: Ada 95,
C, C++, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Makefile, Pascal, Perl, SQL, AWK, M4, and
Groff.
