Switched to using abi3 wheels for Python 3. If you are not getting a wheel on a compatible platform please upgrade your pip version.

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
py-six and removed py-mock as dependencies for the tests option. Some
commits from the repo:
Enable coverage testing and require 100% coverage
Upgrade crypt_blowfish to 1.3
Removed usage of mock which wasn't really doing anything
