8070b8de09 Renable and fix build of C++ library under Mac OS X.

2d9744be79 Don't expect tools to be created in the tools directory -- at least for 
modular Xorg bdftopcf isn't. Just expect them to be in path. There's
no need to set USE_X11BASE here now.

XXX Why isn't the TrueType version installed?

e9188ded8a Update to the modualar Xorg server to 1.2.0. Too many bugfixes and 
other improvements to list here. Hard to find the details as the
accumulated ChangeLog is gone.

41604efeea The configure script uses AC_DEFINE_UNQUOTED for sysconfdir, which is 
wrong (see mk/check/check-headers.sh).

Override the resulting value and PKGREVISION++.

2d13644250 Quick fix: The main code of the bulk build cannot be run in the shell's 
"set -e" mode, since it would fill up the temporary directory. Reverted
that change.

c91a145f22 Update to libX11-1.1.1: 
Changes include:
- fix use-after-free
- fix dependency on inputproto
- XListFontsWithInfo
- avoid calling callbacks to applications with holding the display lock
- fix leaks in XKB
- fix compose entries in the NLS lists
- fix display locking in XKB
- fix double open of compose file
- fallback to unix domain or TCP connections, when the local connection
  failed

Note that XCB is currently not active as I don't think it is currently
useful or stable enough.

fafca4990d Install translated documentation. From the maintainer via 
PR 35468.

Patch didn't apply cleanly.
Removes install target.
I also increased PKGREVISION.
And I formatted one existing line to use a tab.
