ad2adba9a5 Ran pkglint --autofix on the devel/ category. Most of the changes are
simple white-space issues like indentation and trailing spaces. The
others are cross-references for Makefile.common.

3c645bb7fc Switch to Python 2.5 as default. Bump revision of all packages that have
changed runtime dependencies now.

3d8ef5a52d Second round of explicit pax dependencies. As reminded by tnn@,
many packages used to use ${PAX}. Use the common way of directly calling
pax, it is created as tool after all.

c8b57a6c42 Add new package:
Epydoc is a tool for generating API documentation for Python
modules, based on their docstrings.  A lightweight markup language
called epytext can be used to format docstrings, and to add
information about specific fields, such as parameters and instance
variables.
