85ba2d9a30 Updated to latest release, 0.9.1. Updated HOMEPAGE. Adds py-{six,pbr} as
dependencies. Use python/application.mk to REPLACE_PYTHON in a lot of
files. Works with python3x, supposedly. From Changelog:

sqlalchemy-migrate is a schema migration tool for SQLAlchemy. It is
designed to support an agile approach to database design and make it
easier to keep development and production databases in sync, as schema
changes are required.
