b48eba1112 Give all packages which depend on "png" a version bump, and update 
all dependencies on packages depending on "png" which contain shared
libraries, all for the (imminent) update to the "png" package.

5542206cba Get rid of manually adding "nbX" to PKGNAME when a pkg was changed in 
pkgsrc. Instead, a new variable PKGREVISION is invented that can get
bumped independent of DISTNAME and PKGNAME.

Example #1:
        DISTNAME=       foo-X.Y
        PKGREVISION=    Z
     => PKGNAME=        foo-X.YnbZ

Example #2:
        DISTNAME=       barthing-X.Y
        PKGNAME=        bar-X.Y
        PKGREVISION=    Z
     => PKGNAME=        bar=X.YnbZ (!)

On subsequent changes, only PKGREVISION needs to be bumped, no more risk
of getting DISTNAME changed accidentally.

02fcf56cb1 Install the docs in ${PREFIX}/share/igmt. Some of the help expects them 
to be there, it's not the modifications to put them in
${PREFIX}/share/doc/igmt.  Bump version number.
