taca	4690864e23	Initial import of p5-chkjis: chkjis.pl is Perl library for Japanese character code processing. It replace vendor's own characters which isn't defined in JIS X 0208:1997 to "geta" character and support ISO-2022-JP, euc-JP and Shift_JIS.
