eddb542343 Update to version 20060414: 
- Add more ad patterns.
 - Add ADJSTEXT and ADHTMLTEXT zap classes.

Note: adds the STUBURL_ADJSTEXT and STUBURL_ADHTMLTEXT variables; users
should update to the latest adzap.conf as shown in the install message.

20b2b459eb The distribution tarball changed contents without changing names. The 
"wrapper" script inside changed names from "zapwrap.sh" to "wrapzap".
Whack patches to match.

No release notes for this version appear to be available, either in
the tarball or on the web site.
