For now, copy the distfile from dired-1.09-tar.gz to dired-1.09nb1-tar.gz,
and grab that, so that we know which version of the distfile we're getting.
Upgrade to SHA1 digests, and add distfile sizes.

Clean up some packages while I'm there; add RCS tags to most MESSAGEs.
