Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.
Changes:
- \CitationPrefix with [gather], drop 2.09
- Handle sort/compress of compound citation numbers (number by
chapter) such as 3.18 or 5-3. Note that these compounds cannot have
prefix or suffix letters (not enough bits in the maximum TeX
number).
- Use \hfill and \texttt; update email.
The package supports compressed, sorted lists of numerical citations,
and also deals with various punctuation and other issues of
representation, including comprehensive management of break points.
The package is compatible with both hyperref and backref.
