version. Also, the "inp" directory is now created on startup if
it is missing.
- MAME's disassemblers are no longer built by default. This avoids

- The value of HOMEPAGE is used to add a link from the
README.html files.

HOMEPAGE in the Makefile is after MAINTAINER, in that same
section.
