Libtool fix for PR pkg/26633, and other issues. Update libtool to 1.5.10

Bump PKGREVISION and BUILDLINK_DEPENDS of all packages using libtool and
installing .la files.
Bump PKGREVISION (only) of all packages depending directly on the above
via a buildlink3 include.

xorg packages now will be installed into ${PREFIX}/xorg by default,
...
so we don't have to conflict between XFree86 and xorg.

Make sure X11_TYPE=XFree86 is defined before building X11 packages,

this will fix wrong binary packages made by bulk builds.
