28c1048bad misc: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums
All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes

The following distfiles could not be fetched (possibly fetched
conditionally?):

./misc/libreoffice/distinfo libreoffice/harfbuzz-2.6.4.tar.xz

23064a80b9 Add SHA512 digests for distfiles for misc category
Problems found locating distfiles:
	Package colorls: missing distfile ls.tar.gz
	Package molden: missing distfile molden-4.6/molden4.6.tar.gz
	Package softmaker-office-demo: missing distfile ofl06trial.tgz

Otherwise, existing SHA1 digests verified and found to be the same on
the machine holding the existing distfiles (morden). All existing
SHA1 digests retained for now as an audit trail.

9c8b5ede43 Point MAINTAINER to pkgsrc-users@NetBSD.org in the case where no
developer is officially maintaining the package.

The rationale for changing this from "tech-pkg" to "pkgsrc-users" is
that it implies that any user can try to maintain the package (by
submitting patches to the mailing list). Since the folks most likely
to care about the package are the folks that want to use it or are
already using it, this would leverage the energy of users who aren't
developers.

a474a84f64 Initial import of ttyrec.
ttyrec is a tty recorder. Recorded data can be played back with the
included ttyplay command. ttyrec is just a derivative of script
command for recording timing information with microsecond accuracy as
well. It can record emacs -nw, vi, lynx, or any programs running on
tty.

Package provided by Masao Uebayashi <uebayasi@soum.co.jp> in private
email as a followup to PR pkg/12978.
